Planner Add-Ons And Enhancements
Add even more value to your student and teacher planner with enhancements.
Enhancements are useful additions to your planner, for example, a clip-in ruler to take measurements, clear wallets to keep loose documents safe and in one place and whiteboards to take temporary notes and show information in class.
London Underground Map
Often printed on the back cover of the student planner for easy reference. The map must be printed in colour.
Clip-in Bookmark Ruler
The ruler is made of 800 micron polypropylene and is designed to clip into our wiro or coil binding.
Corner/Identity Card Pockets
Handy plastic corner pocket fixed to the planner cover to hold loose documents or identity cards.
Clear Plastic Wallets
Handy wallet which is bound into the planner and open at the top to hold loose documents and keep them safe in one place.
The protractor is made of 800 micron polypropylene and is designed to clip into our wiro or coil binding.
A choice of a whiteboard for your planner’s back cover (free of charge), or an internal whiteboard.
Planner whiteboards can be used by the whole class simultaneously, for example, to write down answers to group questions as a ‘show-me board’, and also by individual students to record their ideas, for planning work or for jotting down lesson notes.
Whiteboard planner covers are gloss laminated as this allows them to be written on with a dry wipe marker pen.
Stop and Go Cards
Coloured cards can be used to give an indication of how confident students feel in understanding the lesson, or as an aid to quick-fire yes/no or true/false questions.
Pre-printed, full colour sections to boost your student planner. Attractive, vibrant pages make a planner more appealing to students and our pre-printed sections contain pages that are much more beneficial in colour, such as maps and the periodic table.

8 Page Planner Map Section
Contains maps of the world, the United Kingdom and Europe, as well as a page about every planet in the Solar System. This section is also included in the full colour personal section, but works effectively as a section on its own if required.
Colour coding planner pages allows you to break up the planner into sections for easy reference (like tabs). For example, have your school policies pages printed onto green paper, your homework diary pages printed onto cream paper and your maths section printed onto blue paper.
You can also print inside pages on coloured card (160gsm) for a little extra cost.
Choose from our extensive range of colours
We offer an extensive range of colours for you to choose from to bring your student and teacher planners to life and make it easier to navigate!
You can print sections on coloured paper at no extra cost.
This allows you to break the planner up into sections to provide easy reference. You can also print inside pages on 160gsm coloured card (at additional cost).
Tip! Colour coding is most effective with up to 6 colours.
We would recommend limiting the paper colours to a maximum of six, colouring each section, for example: Info, Target Setting, Homework, Reference and Planning.
Where should I use colour pages in my planners?
Below is an example of how you could section up your planner using colour-coded pages:
- School policies – cream paper
- Homework diary pages – white paper
- Subject-specific pages – pastel green, pastel blue and pink paper
- Stop/Go cards (allowing students to communicate their understanding easily in class) – red, orange and green card
- Merit and rewards pages – bright daffodil paper
- Pages for parents – lavender paper
If you wish to colour code, sections must contain an even number of pages to allow each section to begin on a new leaf of paper.
