Reordering

If you need a top-up order, here’s how it works.

1. Reordering Planners (Top-Up Orders)

If you’d like extra copies of your current planner, we can easily reorder more for you.

• Reorders are printed exactly as the planner was previously approved and delivered
• It isn’t possible to make amendments for top-up orders
• You’ll receive the same edition, with the same content, cover and layout

2. How to Request a Reorder

You can request a reorder using either method below:

Please include:

• Your school name and contact details
• What you need more of (e.g. Year 7 planners if you ordered multiple products)
• Exact quantity required

3. What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, here’s what happens next:

• We’ll confirm the details and print your planners exactly as before
• Please note: you will receive a new invoice for this reorder
