How to Place an Order

1. What We Need to Begin

To start your order, please email your Account Manager with the following:

  • PDF file: including all text and written content you’d like in your planner
  • JPG file: containing any logos, images or artwork
  • A list of the pages you want included
    (Please use the page codes or page names from our page library)

You don’t need to format anything, a simple email with attachments or a bullet-point list is perfect.

2. We Create Your Proof

Once we have your files:

  • Our design team will build your initial draft
  • You’ll receive a digital proof through our online approval system
  • You’ll be able to zoom in, flick through pages, and review everything at your own pace

3. Review & Request Changes

In the proofing system, you can:

  • Add comments or request changes directly on the pages
  • Check for accuracy: dates, page order, school information, branding, etc.

We’ll make any changes you request and send an updated proof back to you.

4. Approve for Print

Once you’re happy with the final version:

  • You approve the proof online
  • We schedule your order for print and confirm your delivery timeline

Your Account Manager will stay as your main point of contact throughout the process, so feel free to reply to their email at any time if you need help or have questions.
