Our production timelines vary depending on the time of year — especially as we approach the summer holidays, when the majority of schools place their orders.

1. Contact us as early as possible

If you need your planners before the summer holidays or the new academic year, please get in touch with us early.
The closer we get to May–July, the earlier the deadline will be due to high production volume.

2. We confirm your timeline with you

Deadlines are not fixed — they depend on:

• the time of year,
• our current production schedule, and
• when your final files are approved.
  Your Account Manager will confirm the timeline that applies to your order.

3. Typical delivery time

Once your final proof is approved, delivery is usually around 4 weeks.
However, during peak months, this may vary — which is why contacting us early is important.

Best advice: the sooner you speak to us, the more flexible the delivery options will be.
